I just completed my Train-The-Trainer course organised by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) for 5 days. Very comprehensive course to get Certificate in Training (CIT). That means I am a certified instructor recognised by Kementerian. Alhamdulillah.
My final presentation is called Awareness in Self Defense Training. I was given 15 min to conduct training ... training NOT lecturing! The reason I choose this topic is more easier to perform some practical training. (not lecturing ..ah ha ha)
